Run forward and climb out of the pit. Turn left and run forward to
exit this chamber through the wide hallway. Turn left and run forward
along the wall to the area with the square block columns. Turn right
and draw pistols to kill a black scorpion (1) that will crawl out from behind the pillar
on the right. After killing the scorpion, pick up a small Medi Pack
(1) from the first alcove on the
left. Enter the third alcove from the left and draw weapons. Take a backflip out of the alcove to kill a second black scorpion (2). When this scorpion is dead, reenter the alcove for a canister of flares (2). Reverse roll and exit this area. Run forward until Lara comes to the second pile of bricks on the left. Turn left and climb up onto the bricks that lie against the wall and pick up a box of regular shotgun shells (3). Reverse roll and run forward to drop back to the ground. Run forward and when Lara is past the bricks, turn left. Run forward and vault up into the narrow doorway on the North wall and step through it. Turn right and step forward. Before Lara reaches the open chamber two black scorpions (3, 4) will emerge. Draw pistols and kill them then proceed forward. There are three stone ledges on the Eastern wall. Climb up onto the middle one and turn around. Jump up and grab the ledge above and pull up to the upper level of this chamber. Draw pistols and turn right. Step forward, and when Lara is past the slanted brick slab, another black scorpion (5) will emerge from an alcove ahead. Kill it and turn around. Keep the pistols drawn and walk forward until Lara passes a square column. Turn right, take a few steps backwards, and a black scorpion (6) will emerge from an alcove ahead and to the left. After killing it, step forward and turn left. Pick up the Uzi clips (4) in the alcove. Reverse roll and step out of the alcove. Turn left and walk forward until Lara passes another brick column. Turn right before Lara reaches the column with the sloping face. Run forward past two square brick columns and pick up a box of wideshot shotgun shells (5) from the alcove ahead. Reverse roll and walk back until Lara passes one brick column and turn right. Jump up and grab the hand holds on the ceiling and swing forward. After Lara passes a square pillar on her left, turn left and swing forward. Release when Lara is over the small ledge. Walk forward and take a standing jump over the gap to a ledge above the doorway that Lara entered from. Pick a box of regular shotgun shells (6) and turn around. Take a standing jump back to the small ledge. Step forward and take a standing jump to reach the next ledge. Take one more standing jump to reach the dark ledge at the North side of this structure. Hidden in the dark corner is a canister of flares (7). Grab them and turn around. Take a standing jump back to the previous ledge. Angle Lara to the right and take a diagonal jump to the small narrow ledge between the two columns. Take one more standing jump to the slanted sandy ledge ahead and to the left. Walk forward and turn right. Continue along the ledge and pick up a pair of Uzi clips (8). Round the corner to the left and pick up a small Medi Pack (9). Turn right and drop to the ground. Reverse roll, angle Lara to the right and run forward. Two Land Rovers and Von Croy's black Caddy will pull up to the entrance of the Temple of Karnak. Von Croy steps out of his car and barks out a single order, "After her!" A handful of mercenaries jump out of the two Land Rovers and storm the temple. Continue forward and turn right. Walk out onto the ledge that overlooks the deep pit. Walk out to the edge of the ledge and side step to the right so that Lara is squarely facing West, but not standing near the wall. Carefully angle Lara slightly to the right so that she won't bump her head on the lower part of the ceiling when she jumps across and take a running jump and grab to reach the far side of the pit. Run forward into the area with all the rubble and turn right. Enter the doorway ahead and turn left. Pick up the small Medi Pack (10) on the ground and the pair of Uzi clips (11) on the sloping ledge and turn around. Run forward, ignoring the crawlspace to the left for now1, past the row of dark tiles and turn left. Step forward and slide down the ramp. |
