| Welcome back to London. Your quest is over, and if you've managed to collect all 59 secrets in the game, then you will be rewarded with a visit to All Hallows. | |||
Sights to See |
The cathedral All Hallows by the Tower, as its name implies, is near
the famous Tower of London on Lower Thames Street at the bottom of
Seething Lane. The church was originally build in 674 A.D. but was
reduced to a burnt-out shell in the bombing of London during
the second world war by the German Luftwaffe. With only the tower remaining, Lord Mottistone rebuilt the rest of the church in the Gothic style. There is one arch that remains from the original church. Although the entire area is frequented by tourists, the church has been closed of to visitors as renovation and restoration is being performed. Not that being closed as ever stopped a truly persistent tourist, such as yourself. Do be careful as you walk around. We don't want you to fall and break your neck or end up lost in the catacombs. |
